This painting is a tribute to our great friend Nicholas who battled brain cancer like a boss. Jamie and I hoped to connect everyone who loved Nick to him, and we were also trying to help him stay positive by collecting money for his alternative medicine. We got to finish the painting right beside Nick. The Goat got to hang beside him in his last few days here, and then another great friend’s mom bought the original to give to her son, who we love so much! A positive light in a horrible nightmare and the best way to remember the fantastic energy that is Nicholas Morr. Something we hope serves as a reminder is that we are all connected and working together, much like mycelium, the web that connects the plants, the earth, and the air we all breathe… 100% of the money this painting generates will go straight to the places of Nick’s choosing.
